Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Partner Applied AI Engineer to own the technical engagement with systems integrators and their customers, delivering GenAI solutions with measurable business value. You will identify high-value use cases, enable partners, and drive prototypes to production.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance for new hires.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical consulting experience with complex global organizations.
• Experience leading complex projects within or through an SI.
• Experience implementing Generative AI and ML solutions; prototyping with OpenAI API.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead with system integrators to ideate and build GenAI applications.
• Identify high-value use cases and build a comprehensive AI backlog.
• Deliver hands-on prototypes and strategic guidance to accelerate time-to-value.
• Forge relationships with SI and customer stakeholders for deployment at scale.
• Codify solution packages and patterns to speed deployments.
