Our client is helping companies unlock the power of Large Language Models by turning ideas into production-ready AI systems—fast. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll sit at the beating heart of our client relationships, guiding teams from the initial idea to a fully deployed solution. You’ll be a trusted technical partner to account executives and a hands-on builder for our clients, transforming ambiguity into clean, scalable AI deployments.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be in the room where it happens—on discovery calls, in whiteboard sessions, and onsite with clients—helping architect, implement, and explain AI-powered workflows that change the way businesses operate.

If you're excited by messy problems, love talking to customers, and can wire up APIs with one hand while sketching systems diagrams with the other, this might be your dream job.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support the entire customer journey—from presales discovery through full post-sales implementation.
• Lead technical discovery calls with customers to uncover their pain points and explore AI use cases.
• Design high-level architecture and integration pathways, then own the implementation from start to finish.
• Write lightweight code (Python, JS) to connect APIs, automate workflows, and deploy LLM solutions.
• Translate complex LLM behavior and edge cases into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Travel frequently to work onsite with clients and ensure hands-on, successful delivery.
• Act as a key voice in evolving how we deploy AI—your feedback will shape our platform, playbooks, and product direction.

Qualifications (Must-Have):

• 3–7 years of experience in solutions engineering, product-minded software engineering, startup founding, or any role where you’ve taken something from zero to production with a customer in the loop.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and the ability to quickly prototype with Python.
• Comfort with ambiguity—you know how to make progress without perfect specs or ideal environments.
• Clear and confident communicator—you can tailor your technical explanations to any audience.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup—you're ambitious, gritty, and obsessed with doing great work.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience deploying or integrating LLMs or other AI/ML systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments and integration constraints (SAML, SOC2, etc).
• Startup or consultancy background with strong client exposure.
• Prior technical sales or sales engineering experience.
