Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven experience with ECM systems and content lifecycle workflows.
• Comfortable discussing AI concepts with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong ability to deliver demos and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify customer business problems; iterate to create exceptional experiences.
• Own the technical win in your account and drive the technical deal forward.
• Lead demos that articulate value of Box solutions including BoxAI and platform components.
• Act as a technical quarterback coordinating extended teams from a solution perspective.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers in territory.
