Job summary

Google LLC is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales and post-sales execution for strategic AI accounts. You will architect integration of models, agents, and connectors into customer IT ecosystems, ensure rapid activation, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience interfacing with product or engineering organizations on technical delivery strategies.
• Experience in system design or reading code (Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and practice CEs during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and shape adoption.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and secure integration into customer data pipelines and identity providers.
• Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at code level and test workarounds to clear blockers.
• Serve as liaison to core Product/Engineering teams to translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with technical authority and delivery accountability with customer teams.
