Google is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer IV in Forward Deployed Engineering to lead enterprise AI delivery and integration across customer ecosystems. You will shape adoption-focused solutions, coordinating with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure rapid activation and reliable deployment.

Expect collaboration with GTM and AI research minds to solve complex customer challenges at scale. The role emphasizes architecture, execution, and executive communication, with location flexibility

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.

Mansioni

• Partner with Account teams and practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluation phases to assess project feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, and validate FDE engagement requests.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise-grade AI solutions, ensuring secure integration of models, agents, and connectors into existing data pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds to clear roadblocks.
• Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering teams, translating field feedback into actionable feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with technical authority while owning delivery with customer-facing teams.
