Job summary

Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market AI Tech team is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales and post-sales delivery. You’ll act as enterprise architect, technical debugger, and delivery manager, shaping proposals for adoption and rapid activation.

Based in the US, you’ll guide secure integrations of models and connectors, engage with product and engineering, and ensure solutions fit the customer IT ecosystem while meeting compliance and data residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and practice CEs during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and shape proposals.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and secure integration into data pipelines and identity providers.
• Dive into code-level context to diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and bugs.
• Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering, translating feedback into actionable feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with technical authority while owning delivery with customer teams.
