Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales and engineering to architect integrations, demonstrate value, and create enablement resources.

Remote-first role in the United States, with potential travel for on-site engagements; NY/SF preferred. You’ll thrive with a technical sales mindset, strong Python skills, and a passion for scalable customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between ElevenLabs solutions and their systems.
• Experience working with customers, including student projects or side projects, in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self‑service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to realize them.
