Job summary

IFS Nexus Black seeks a seasoned Solutions Engineer to partner with Strategic Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle, helping enterprise customers understand how AI can solve their most complex business challenges.

You will combine consultative discovery, solution architecture and AI expertise to design customer‑specific solutions that demonstrate measurable business value and influence product direction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software or AI platform sales.
• Proven ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
• Experience designing enterprise technology solutions that integrate multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer priorities and challenges.
• Design end‑to‑end AI solution architectures leveraging Nexus Black capabilities.
• Deliver demonstrations and lead proof‑of‑value engagements with executives.
• Partner with Strategic Account Executives on opportunity qualification and deal strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmaps.
