Job summary

Nearform, an independent team of engineers and designers, seeks a Solutions Director based remotely in Canada. You will craft and position AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

You will lead discovery, Pre-sales, and design discussions, translate client objectives into roadmaps, and help grow Nearform's AI practice while showcasing impact through case studies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Experience in consulting or pre-sales is preferred.
• Proficient in AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems.
• Able to explain complex concepts to executive audiences.
• Experience shaping deals with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements.
• Craft tailored AI and technology proposals and RFP responses.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and reference architectures.
• Translate client objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Support early-stage delivery alignment and project transitions.
