Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive AI adoption for North America and international customers. You will partner with account executives, partners, and leadership to translate business problems into Cohere solutions, and to scale pilots across enterprises and government sectors.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on deployment, requiring strong communication skills and a deep technical background in ML and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer or deployment strategist.
Passion for Agentic AI and understanding where LLMs deliver value in production.
Solid grounding in ML fundamentals and ability to design evaluation frameworks for pilots.
Excellent communication, able to present to CEOs and work with technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots to demonstrate impact to strategic customers.
Own the customer's technical narrative end to end from discovery to pilot results.
Collaborate with partners and product/engineering to align offerings with customer needs.
