Job summary

Shelf is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the technical authority behind our most complex customer opportunities. Translate enterprise data, architecture, and AI challenges into scalable solutions.

Lead technical discovery, design target architectures, and guide pilots that demonstrate value and pave the path to production. You'll work with senior stakeholders across data, security, and deployment, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product to drive measurable business outcomes in a

Qualifications

7-12+ years in solutions architecture or similar roles.
Deep data/AI expertise: data modeling, ETL/pipelines, LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs preferred.
Enterprise architecture, security, integrations, deployment strategy, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design for complex opportunities.
Own architecture, security, and deployment evaluations during the sales cycle.
Design and guide proof-of-value pilots using real customer data.
Architect production-ready references and expansion paths across accounts.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and CTOs to show measurable business value.
