Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience across software, AI/ML, data, or cloud-native delivery.
• 5+ years leading enterprise‑grade software or AI delivery from concept to production.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications such as agents, copilots, RAG workflows, or ML-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design and development of priority AI solutions and reusable accelerators.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and platform teams to apply enterprise standards.
• Work with transformation programs and business units to scale AI-enabled solutions.
• Create reusable code patterns, templates, and integration components.
• Guide engineers and external partners on AI engineering practices and delivery quality.
• Support prototype-to-production transitions, including testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• Assess feasibility, data readiness, and security implications for priority use cases.
• Collaborate with governance and data teams to ensure responsible AI controls.
