Qualifications

• Experience taking AI-native systems to production at a client or customer.
• Proven architecture work with business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a client account and work with business owners and engineering teams.
• Design end-to-end AI-native architectures and guardrails.
• Own measurable artifacts to demonstrate impact and cost economics.
• Decide delegation levels for AI versus human oversight.
• Define how each system is evaluated for business fit.
• Build proofs of concept and reference implementations.
• Share learnings with EPAM's AI architecture practice.
