Job summary

HumanSignal is expanding its revenue organization with a Solutions Architect who will own the technical relationship across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sale. You’ll partner with Account Executives to guide discovery, demos, and PoCs, then shepherd onboarding, design workflows, and integration to scale production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role for an enterprise SaaS or ML/AI platform.
• Experience building a data labeling pipeline or similar ML data workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS with ML pipelines in production.
• Track record of running technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concepts during sales cycles.
• Executive presence and ability to write clearly for both engineers and executives.
• Comfort juggling multiple complex accounts and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, tailored demos, architecture reviews, and proofs-of-concepts with strategic enterprise accounts.
• Drive onboarding, installation, secure configuration, and deployment across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments.
• Architect integrations between Label Studio and customer AI/ML workflows and enterprise systems.
• Create custom solutions (scripts, plug-ins, APIs) for unique customer needs.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Deliver enablement, workshops, and documentation to enable customer self-sufficiency.
• Advise customer engineering, data and AI teams to drive adoption and long-term value.
