Job summary

PhoenixAI, formerly CelerData, is seeking Enterprise Account Executives in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest to drive revenue for the Agentic AI Database.

You will create and execute a sales plan, articulate the value proposition, qualify opportunities, and build executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts.

This role includes a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 with bonus and equity eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience selling enterprise software or SaaS.
• 3+ years experience selling database, analytics, data warehouse or AI infrastructure products.
• Engineering background or CS/CE degree preferred but not required.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel when needed and permitted.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI’s Agentic AI Database.
• Articulate PhoenixAI's value proposition and generate awareness within Enterprise Accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to drive deals to close.
• Build executive relationships within key accounts, including AI and data infrastructure leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing on webinars, seminars, workshops, meetups, and trade shows focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data.
• Accurately log sales activities in the CRM system.
