Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with Python or JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (AWS OpenSearch, S3).
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompts, RAG).
• Analytical mindset to deconstruct complex processes for automation.
• Strong communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy on AI opportunities for LOBs.
• Partner with LOBs to map processes and identify friction points for automation.
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions using the AIDO platform.
• Develop AI value scorecards to estimate ROI and LOE reduction.
• Assist LOBs with AI use cases and promote Generative AI adoption.
• Maintain development environment and APIs/UI services for AI Platform.
• Build rapid functional prototypes in sandbox using AWS OpenSearch, RAG, and LLM orchestration.
