Job summary

Prove7.ai is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first human a large enterprise meets, opening conversations that lead to strategic partnerships. You will prospect target accounts, craft multi-channel messaging, and qualify inbound interest for Account Executives.

This remote-first role offers a base salary of $75K–$85K with $115K–$130K OTE, meaningful equity, health coverage, and a chance to grow into AE.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a BDR/SDR or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Genuine interest in AI and enterprise problems.
• Coachability and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and identify security, GRC, and AI leaders.
• Run thoughtful multi-channel outbound with tailored messaging.
• Qualify inbound interest and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Become conversant in the problem space for executive engagement.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and surface patterns for GTM.
• Partner with AEs and Marketing to refine targeting and sequences.
