Job summary

Fusion CX is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to own strategic accounts across frontier AI labs, guiding the full sales cycle from discovery to production contracts. You will leverage deep relationships in AI data services to win paid pilots and build long‑term partnerships, with potential to scale into a sales team.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise sales or strategic business development experience.
Established network of buyers and technical decision-makers in frontier AI labs.
Proven track record of originating and closing complex enterprise contracts, including seven-figure AI data or related services.
Experience selling AI data services, annotation, or related AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales cycle: introductions, discovery, scoping, proposals, pilots, negotiations and contracts.
Own strategic account plans and pipeline reporting; build recurring programs from initial pilots.
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams on pricing, timelines and capacity.
Translate customer requirements into scalable, repeatable commercial programs.
