Capsa AI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in New York to own the full sales cycle, prospecting through close, and to win six- and seven-figure deals with leading private capital buyers.

You will work closely with a CRO and AI Consultants, leverage SDR support, and help shape how Capsa sells as the team scales. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role in a category-defining company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B enterprise sales targeting finance clients.
• Direct experience selling into private capital (PE, VC, private credit, infra, secondaries).
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to close.
• Sell six- and seven-figure deals to Managing Partners, COOs, Heads of Value Creation, Heads of Technology.
• Collaborate with CRO, AI Consultants, and Product to scale the playbook.
