Job summary

Akia, the AI agent for hospitality, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive in San Francisco to own new-business for multi-property management clients. You will run the evaluation, address security and PMS integration, and manage pricing and the close.

You will demo in front of buying committees, including ops, IT, and CFO teams, and you will need fluency with LLMs, prompt engineering, and hands-on configuration of Akia. Regular travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS in enterprise segments.
• Experience selling to buying committees and managing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to demo Akia and configure it for enterprise pilots.
• Fluency with LLMs and prompt engineering; hands-on practice required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise new-business cycle from prospecting to close.
• Negotiate multi-property management company and portfolio deals.
• Lead pilots, define success criteria, and deliver outcomes.
• Present compelling demos to ops, IT, CFO, and GMs.
• Forecast accurately and manage territory under $1M+ annual quota.
