Job summary

Akia is the AI agent for hospitality, seeking a Senior Account Executive to own bookings and drive revenue in a fast-paced market.

You will manage end-to-end deal cycles, partner with product and marketing teams, and represent Akia at industry events as we build a partner and customer community in hospitality tech.

Akia is the AI agent for hospitality. We're hiring a Senior Account Executive who wants to sell into the agentic future of hospitality. You are:

• Unapologetically efficient with AI tooling. You don't need BDR or analyst support if paired with tools like Claude or other AI-CRMs.
• You have an absolutely relentless and unforgiving attention to detail.
• Energetic enough that we can send you to trade shows and you can start to build a brand among partners and customers.
• So technically minded, you might have become an engineer in another life. Your favorite way of interfacing CRMs these days is MCP.
• AI as a technology excites you. Not just for the business, but also for your craft. The existential crises that come with AI both scare and excite you.

What you'll be doing:

• Your primary KPI is bookings. At the end of the day, you alone own a number against opportunities closed won.
• We need someone to join to learn the industry with our commercial leads.
