Job summary

UCSF Health, AG is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead the enterprise AI program across clinical care, research, education, and administrative operations. You will partner with Enterprise AI product, technical, and leadership stakeholders to translate institutional priorities into adoption plans, enablement programs, stakeholder engagement strategies, and sustainable operating practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience.
10+ years leading cross-functional organizational programs or change initiatives.
Expert knowledge of enterprise program management and change management.
Knowledge of generative AI capabilities, privacy, security, and responsible-use considerations.
Ability to design portfolio intake, evaluation, governance, and value-realization processes.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate needs, risks, and expected benefits.
Ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
Ability to translate technical concepts into usable adoption plans and communications.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI program across clinical care, research, education, and operations.
Partner with Enterprise AI product, technical and leadership to translate priorities into adoption plans.
Coordinate adoption, enablement, communications, and value tracking for AI initiatives.
Advance responsible AI adoption and communicate capabilities, risks, and roadmaps.
