Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, seeks an experienced AI Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives and clinical technology implementations. You will collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to drive AI-enabled solutions from pilot through adoption.

You will oversee large-scale healthcare technology implementations, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT project or program management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise healthcare technology implementations exceeding $5M.
• Strong background implementing physician-facing clinical applications and supporting clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of AI pilots and healthcare technology implementations.
• Partner with physicians, clinical informatics teams, IT stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables.
• Coordinate clinical application deployments, testing, go-live readiness, and user adoption.
• Establish program governance, track KPIs, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, organizational standards, and operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the transition of successful AI pilots into enterprise-wide adoption.
