Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital seeks an AI Program Manager to define and coordinate the enterprise AI strategy, aligning with clinical, operational, and financial priorities while ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable AI initiatives.

You will lead intake, governance, vendor coordination, adoption planning, and change management, partnering with clinical, IT, legal, and executive teams to deliver measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI programs and governance.
• Strong leadership and communication across clinical, IT and exec teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations, pilots, and implementation planning.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, legal, and compliance leaders.
• Develop adoption, training, and change management plans.
• Track progress, risks, and value across the AI portfolio.
