Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with Frontier Agent Engineering on enterprise engagements, owning delivery from scoping to enterprise-wide adoption. You will serve as the communication backbone between engineering, product, and executive leadership, driving measurable outcomes in a high-growth AI environment.

You will translate technical complexity into clear execution strategies, mitigate risks, and evolve agile frameworks to support rapid ML and software lifecycles,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a technical leadership role managing complex software/ML projects.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
• Strong foundational understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle, including LLM utilization and model evaluation.
• Proven track record of executive-level communication and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with iterative development methodologies and modern project management tooling.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Plan, schedule, and execute enterprise-grade programs; run weekly cross-functional syncs; surface blockers and drive decisions.
• Cross-Functional Architecture Integration: Manage dependencies and technical communication across core teams to deliver frontier agents to enterprise customers.
• Technical Translation & Executive Influence: Translate complexity into actionable insights for engineers and C-suite stakeholders; clarify priorities and risks.
• Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Identify, track, and architect mitigations for enterprise AI deployment risks.
• Process Evolution: Modernize and scale agile execution frameworks (e.g., Jira, Linear) for rapid ML/software lifecycles.
• Metrics-Driven Accountability: Define and report program health metrics and delivery forecasts to executives.
