Job summary

Synechron seeks an AI Leader to establish and operate the governance, planning, financial management, delivery coordination, and executive reporting required to scale AI across the enterprise. Translate multi-year AI strategy into an integrated portfolio of initiatives and ensure consistent delivery standards with clear visibility for leadership.

The role will manage dependencies and risks, align with CFO and FinOps for funding, and drive adoption and value realization across AI programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting or managing large-scale technology, AI, digital transformation, or strategic programs within financial services or another complex, regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to complex or evolving programs through integrated project plans, governance routines, RAID management, stakeholder forums, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional written, verbal, financial, and executive communication skills, including concise decision-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Enterprise AI PMO, including governance, reporting cadence, delivery standards, dependency tracking, escalation paths, and decision forums.
• Translate multi-year AI strategy into an integrated program plan with workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain a single enterprise view of roadmap progress, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and budget across the AI program.
