Synechron is seeking an AI Lead to establish and operate the Enterprise AI PMO, translating a multi-year AI strategy into integrated program plans. The role coordinates governance, prioritization, funding, and executive reporting across cross-functional AI workstreams.

You will drive delivery cadence, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with finance and control functions to ensure value realization. Base NY salary ranges reflect geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting or managing large-scale technology, AI, digital transformation, or strategic programs.
• Proven ability to bring structure to complex programs through governance routines and milestone tracking.
• Excellent written, verbal, financial, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and operate the Enterprise AI PMO with governance and reporting cadence.
• Translate multi-year AI strategy into integrated program plans with milestones and owners.
• Manage use-case intake, prioritization, and conversion to clear project plans and success metrics.
• Coordinate funding governance, ROI, and value realization across initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level status reporting and manage stakeholder forums and escalations.
