Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced AI Lead/Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, define AI strategy, mentor engineering teams, and deliver innovative business outcomes across the organization.

You will work with LLMs, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools to build scalable AI platforms, ensure governance and security, and advance enterprise AI

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years leading AI/ML or Data Science initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, Knowledge Graphs/Graphs (TigerGraph, Neo4j).
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, REST APIs; API integration, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Define AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Architect and develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI platforms for enterprise users.
• Design MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, responsible AI, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, AI model evaluation, and performance optimization.
