Job summary

Procore Technologies is building an Enterprise AI Center of Excellence to orchestrate AI across the business. This Principal Product Manager will own the AI strategy, tool portfolio, and governance, partnering with security, legal, and enterprise platforms to deliver measurable value.

The role focuses on business outcomes, not hands-on engineering, and reports to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management at enterprise scale.
Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and LLMs.
Experience evaluating or rolling out AI platforms at enterprise scale.
Experience partnering across engineering, data, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap and value delivery for the enterprise AI employee experience.
Define the enterprise AI tool portfolio, sequencing, and retirement of legacy tools.
Run tool and platform evaluations with criteria, balancing business value, cost, and portfolio fit.
Prioritize AI use cases across the business and decide what moves forward.
Set governance standards with Security, GRC, and Legal.
Own the shared AI asset library (e.g., Claude Projects) and drive reuse.
Act as product owner for enterprise agents and Claude, guiding requirements and roadmap.
Define success, measure value and time to value, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
