Job summary

GSK seeks a senior Enterprise AI individual contributor to identify high-value opportunities across Global Financial Services and Procurement. You will prototype solutions, frame problems for engineers, and align with senior finance and procurement leaders to drive funded AI engagements.

You will not manage engineers but will shape what they build, measure impact, and ensure AI strengthens financial controls and audit readiness across the value chain.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across pharma/AI product strategy and management.
• Proven track record taking AI initiatives from problem framing to delivery.
• Experience in source-to-pay or financial operations (sourcing, PO, AP, etc).
• Hands-on work with modern AI/ML concepts including LLMs and digital workers.
• Independent contributor with influence over engineering and business teams without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across Global Financial Services and Procurement and build a global AI product portfolio.
• Quantify value with business cases for finance and executive sponsors.
• Develop domain patterns in source-to-pay and financial workflows to identify AI opportunities.
• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio and prioritize opportunities with clear rationale.
• Make hard trade-offs, define success metrics, and guide where engineers focus.
• Shape engagements end-to-end: scope, exit conditions, scaling pathways, and post-kickoff oversight.
• Surface reuse and platform leverage to turn one-off solutions into reusable capabilities.
• Design human-digital split: which tasks the digital workers own and how users stay in the loop.
• Design AI that strengthens controls and SOX compliance within solutions.
