Job summary

TriState Capital Bank is seeking a Business Process Re-Engineering Lead to advance automation and AI-enabled workflows across the bank. You will partner with leaders to identify high-value use cases, redesign core processes, and drive adoption within the enterprise AI governance framework.

The role focuses on translating business problems into AI-enabled solutions, testing and refining agents, and delivering measurable process improvements. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or related field.
• Hands-on experience documenting current-state processes and designing future-state workflows.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools and business automation.
• Experience with producing process maps and supporting technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation/AI use cases based on value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk.
• Evaluate automation opportunities for cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and governance.
• Assess data integrity, protection, access, and readiness for AI deployments.
• Redesign workflows to improve processes rather than merely automating inefficiencies.
• Lead adoption and change management from pilot to production, with training and readiness.
• Build business cases and decide whether to advance, defer, or decline opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot agents with approved tooling.
• Test prompts, validate outputs, document limitations, and monitor AI solutions.
• Coach associates and run awareness campaigns for safe AI use and reusable templates.
• Define and report KPIs for AI adoption, agent usage, and value realization.
• Ensure governance review for all use cases and deployed agents.
