Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project/System Integrator to oversee enterprise-wide AI initiatives, shaping policy and governance with a broad set of stakeholders. The role focuses on implementing strategies, coordinating with leadership, and driving AI governance across the organization.

The selected candidate will work with cross-functional IT and data science teams to ensure alignment with sponsor objectives and enterprise policies, including executive briefings and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 10+ years.
• Experience leading technical projects and developing IT policy/governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic goals and implementation plans for AI initiatives.
• Perform technical evaluation of proposed AI initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize new AI policy or governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational IT and data science teams.
• Engage with senior technical leadership to ensure AI success.
• Engage with external partners to analyze AI trends and implications.
