Job summary

Leidos seeks a detail-oriented Systems Integrator specializing in IAM policy governance and lifecycle management for Digital Access Control. The role translates legal and security mandates into actionable IAM workflows, supporting least-privileged access and audit readiness.

You will work with Mission Partners and Data Stewards to implement Just-In-Time access, apply AI-enabled governance, and build dashboards to monitor policy performance and compliance in high-assurance environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 12+ years of IAM experience or equivalent.
• Experience translating policy requirements into IAM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital policies into operational IAM processes.
• Collaborate with Mission Partners and Data Stewards to define actionable requirements.
• Guide service teams in Just-In-Time access policy implementation.
• Apply AI techniques to data governance and policy components.
• Create dashboards and reporting to track policy performance and compliance.
