Koniag IT Systems LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Perplexity/AI Integration Lead to support enterprise AI deployments in Washington, DC. The role combines technical leadership with governance and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid, 3-days onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; 8+ years in IT systems integration or related tech
• 5+ years deploying AI/ML platforms in enterprise environments
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration frameworks
• Experience developing AI governance or data privacy frameworks
• Familiarity with FedRAMP/AI policy guidance and federal initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end evaluation, piloting, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions
• Architect integration solutions connecting AI platforms with enterprise systems
• Develop AI governance and data privacy guidelines
• Produce integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and API guides
• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases
• Provide training and change-management support to stakeholders
