Job summary

Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Integrator focused on the lifecycle management of Digital Access Control Policies within IAM ecosystems. You will translate complex policy mandates into actionable technical workflows, drive Just-In-Time access controls, and use AI-enabled data governance to optimize governance and compliance across data assets.

Based in the Reston, Virginia area, this role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 12+ years IAM experience, and strong collaboration with mission

Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM or related field; 12+ years of IAM experience.
• Deep knowledge of IdAM/ICAM delivery systems, authentication and authorizations.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication to translate policy into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate existing digital policies into operational processes aligned to existing solutions.
• Collaborate with Mission Partners and Data Stewards to convert policy requests into implementable requirements.
• Guided service teams in Just-In-Time (JIT) access to data objects under pre-approved conditions.
• Apply AI techniques to data governance and policy workflows.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track policy performance and compliance.
