Job summary

Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Integrator specializing in IAM policy governance and lifecycle management to translate legal and security mandates into actionable technical workflows within IAM ecosystems. From streamlining ABAC and dynamic policy engines to auditing data repositories, you will help support a least-privileged environment that satisfies rigorous audits and regulatory frameworks.

Experience with ABAC, policy engines, and analytics dashboards will help you drive audits

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
BS degree in STEM or related field with 12+ years of IAM experience.
Knowledge with Identity and Access Management (IdAM)/ ICAM delivery systems.
Familiarity with data governance, compliance and metadata management.
Strong critical thinking and ability to balance technical solutions with policy needs.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate existing digital policies into operational processes aligned to existing solutions.
Collaborate with Mission Partners, Data Stewards and governance stakeholders to derive implementable requirements.
Guide service teams in digital policy oversight and Just-In-Time access to data objects.
Apply AI techniques to enhance data and policy workflows and current solutions.
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track policy performance and compliance.
