Leidos requires Project/System Integration support to provide oversight and implementation for enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives related to digital foundations and workforce development. The contractor will work with a broad range of technical and substantive stakeholders within the Sponsor’s organization to foster development and execution of policy and governance initiatives supporting Sponsor strategic objectives related to AI.

The contractor will work with a broad range of technical and substantive stakeholders within the Sponsor’s organization to foster development and execution of policy and governance initiatives supporting Sponsor strategic objectives related to AI.

Primary Responsibilities

This position's customer requires Project/System Integration support to provide oversight and implementation for enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives related to digital foundations and workforce development. The Project Integrator will work with a broad range of technical and substantive stakeholders within the organization to foster development and execution of policy and governance initiatives supporting the customer's strategic objectives related to AI. The Project Integrator shall work closely with the leadership team to implement the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) policy and governance strategy and initiatives. The Project Integrator will provide Project/Systems Integration Support to the AI efforts and supporting tasks to meet objectives. The Leadership team will direct and manage the priorities.

The Selected Candidate Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Developing strategic goals and implementation plans for tasked initiatives across Sponsor organization.
• Performing technical evaluation of proposed AI initiatives across Sponsor organization.
• Identifying and prioritizing new AI policy or governance initiatives based on mission needs and strategic goals.
• Supporting execution proposed initiative plans through collaboration with cross-organization IT and data science teams.
• Engaging with senior technical leadership as necessary to help ensure success of AI efforts.
• Engaging with academic, commercial and Sponsor Industry partners to analyze technology trends related to AI and ML, and their strategic implications.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly to be considered.
• Must have a Bachelor's and at least 12 years of experience OR a Masters and at least 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience working on, leading and managing technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing IT policy and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives to understand and prioritize enterprise and mission requirements.
• Demonstrated experience developing schedules and communicating program updates.
• Demonstrated experience being a self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated experience developing and writing policy documents and conducting executive briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Management, Public Policy or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt Certification.
• Demonstrated experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience supporting AI initiatives and evaluating of AI capabilities.
• Federal Policy experience, specifically supporting Congress, the National Security Council, the Office of Management and Budget, or another executive branch agency.

Pay Range

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
