Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Engineering to lead a team delivering enterprise AI solutions across the organization. You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, and IT to turn AI capabilities into scalable, reliable tooling.

This hands-on leadership role requires building AI infrastructure, setting standards, and guiding cross-functional initiatives from prototype to production, with a focus on security, governance, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and management experience.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (LLMs, agents, RAG) and deploying AI-powered products.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production systems experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers delivering enterprise solutions.
• Build and own AI infrastructure including architecture, integration, deployment, and access management.
• Define engineering practices and standards for reliable, secure AI applications.
• Partner with brand AI leads and engineering leaders to avoid duplicated effort and share learnings.
• Evaluate and pilot new models, tools, and platform features in collaboration with legal and security.
