Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Engineering to lead a team delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions across the organization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and management experience.
• Experience with modern generative AI technologies including LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluations, and model APIs.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering for production systems, APIs, integrations, and data-driven apps.
• Experience moving AI from prototype to production and adoption.
• Proven ability to lead engineers and cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication with technical, business, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers delivering enterprise solutions.
• Build and own AI infrastructure including architecture, gateways, integrations, and deployment.
• Drive adoption, establish shared infrastructure, and define technical standards.
