Job summary

Tinder is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Engineering in the Los Angeles/West Hollywood area to lead a team delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions across Match Group.

This hands-on leadership role partners with Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Security to move from prototypes to scalable enterprise capabilities, with in-person collaboration 3 days a week. You will own AI infrastructure and set standards for secure, reliable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers delivering enterprise solutions.
• Build and own AI infrastructure: design AI tools, gateways, integrations.
• Drive adoption of shared AI infrastructure and establish standards.
• Evaluate and roll out new models and tools in collaboration with legal and security.
• Be the connective tissue: manage vendor relationships and align with stakeholders.
