Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to steer the Enterprise AI team’s strategy, governance, and platform initiatives. You will prototype and iterate AI-powered solutions, collaborate with Legal, Security, Data Science, and business units, and align with enterprise standards in a regulated financial services environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in product or technical roles, hands-on AI tooling experience, and strong communication with executive presence to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree or certifications in AI, Computer Science, or Product Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Enterprise AI team roadmap; identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Stay current on AI landscape and emerging platforms relevant to Carlyle's priorities.
• Partner with business users and Data Science to surface and prioritize AI opportunities.
