Fitch Group is seeking an Enterprise AI and Productivity Engineer in our New York office. The role focuses on advancing Fitch's AI strategy, building scalable AI platforms, and governing enterprise Copilot solutions to deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with engineering, security, governance, and business teams to enable safe, scalable AI adoption and modern workplace technologies across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Technology or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI, platform governance, and cloud initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise AI and Copilot platform strategy, governance, and operating model.
• Administer AI platforms, low code agents, and tenant configurations.
• Define lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and change management for AI solutions.
