Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI, based in New York, to drive advanced GenAI initiatives across our enterprise platforms. You will design, implement, and scale AI systems, including chatbot platforms, RAG architectures, and MCP integrations, while collaborating with product teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will work with cutting-edge foundation models, LangChain, LangGraph, and production-grade APIs, contributing to enterprise AI strategy and scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems, with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated generative AI and machine learning solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI system development including enterprise chatbot platforms, evaluation frameworks, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and MCP implementations.
• Develop GenAI/ML architectures and proofs-of-concept, bridging research to production-ready capabilities with tangible business value.
• Build enterprise-scale APIs (FastAPI) and cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to full-stack engineering across AI-enabled user-facing products and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
