Job summary

Fitch Group, backed by Hearst, is seeking an Enterprise AI and Productivity Engineer for our New York office. The role focuses on advancing Fitch’s AI strategy, governance, and enterprise platform stewardship to enable a safer, more productive workplace.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize platform practices, establish cost-aware governance, and scale AI capabilities across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, platform operations, governance programs, or engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI platforms, automation services, and modern digital workplace technologies.
• Experience defining enterprise governance models, operating frameworks, platform strategies, and lifecycle management processes.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, information security, privacy, compliance, risk, and data governance practices.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS services, tenant administration, platform configuration, and operational governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise AI and Copilot platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model, ensuring AI capabilities align with business objectives and governance requirements.
• Own administration, configuration, and governance of enterprise AI platforms and low code agents, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Define platform, environment, and tenant management strategies to support development, testing, and production operations.
• Partner with engineering teams to establish and maintain enterprise standards for solution delivery, release management, and operational readiness.
• Develop governance models, guardrails, and controls for AI capabilities across security, privacy, compliance, risk, and data governance.
