Job summary
Compeer Financial is seeking a lead for AI platform engineering to drive enterprise AI initiatives, governance, and scalable agentic AI. You will shape platform direction, partner with architecture, and mentor engineers.
You will lead cross-functional teams across architecture, product, security, data and risk to deliver safe, scalable AI solutions in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive software experience.
- Experience designing AI applications and platforms.
- Experience with AI governance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI platform engineering and adoption across portfolios.
- Establish AI operational excellence with guardrails and monitoring.
- Partner on AI governance and risk with key teams.
- Own AI-enabled engineering delivery for strategic initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and lead communities of practice.
- Translate strategy into engineering roadmaps and investments.
