Job summary

Fitch Group is seeking a Cloud AI Platform Architect in New York to lead enterprise AI deployment across our cloud infrastructure and platform engineering teams. You will own provisioning, security, and governance for models from Anthropic and OpenAI, while enabling cost controls and scalable operations.

Collaboration with InfoSec, SRE, and TechOps is essential to ensure safety and reliability. The role emphasizes designing production-ready platforms, multi-tenant patterns, and enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience deploying or operating Anthropic and/or OpenAI in enterprise/production environments.
• Experience providing AI services via Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Strong background in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience partnering with Information Security on access controls, governance, and risk management.
• Practical experience with API platforms, environment separation, and multi-tenant or multi-org designs.
• Ability to balance innovation speed with operational discipline and safety.
• Strong written communication skills for documenting platform standards and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design and run enterprise AI platforms that are production-ready, secure and cost-controlled.
• Own provisioning, governance, monitoring, and scaling of AI platforms across orgs and environments.
• Partner with SRE/TechOps to ensure reliability and operational maturity.
• Implement RBAC, data handling controls, and auditability for AI platforms.
