Job summary

Calfus Inc. is hiring a mid-level Account Executive to accelerate new business growth for Aetherion in North America. This quota-carrying, individual-contributor role owns a territory and works with senior AEs and solution architects on large deals.

You will sell to VP and C-level buyers across financial services, insurance, manufacturing, supply chain and healthcare, driving production deployments with governance to satisfy CFOs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of B2B enterprise software sales.
• Quota-carrying, closing AE with a track record of new logos.
• Experience selling AI/agentic platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual new-bookings in Aetherion platform subscriptions and services.
• Build pipeline through outbound, networks, and partner ecosystems.
• Lead multi-threaded enterprise cycles with stakeholders across IT, security, data governance and procurement.
• Build business cases, ROI models and perform governance discussions.
• Scope pilots with clear success criteria leading to production.
• Foster partner relationships with Oracle, SAP and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Maintain disciplined CRM pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Provide feedback to leadership on objections, pricing and product gaps.
• Represent Calfus at events and customer forums to generate lighthouse references.
