• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Bridge pre-sales and post-sales execution for AI deployments.
• Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions, ensuring secure integration of models and connectors.
• Diagnose customer implementation issues, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds to clear roadblocks.
• Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering, translating field feedback into actionable requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with technical authority and delivery accountability.
