Job summary

Google seeks an AI Outcome Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, to lead enterprise architecture and technical delivery. You will bridge pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution, designing secure integrations and debugging complex deployments across customer ecosystems.

You will be the Enterprise Architect and Technical Delivery Manager, coordinating with Product and Engineering to ensure adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery of AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams during technical evaluation phases to assess project feasibility and shape proposals.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and ensure secure integration into existing data pipelines and identity providers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds to clear execution roadblocks.
• Serve as liaison to core Product and Engineering teams, translating field feedback into actionable feature requests.
• Own the technical delivery strategy and architect integration into the customer's IT ecosystem.
