Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer issues from intake to resolution.
• Document all technical information and update customers on progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, backline teams, and LoBs during resolutions.
• Report bugs to backline teams to improve HW/SW quality.
• Uphold customer respect and drive process-driven closures.
